• Greet walk-in customers and assist them with the check-in process. Determine the nature of their visit by asking about their needs in a professional manner.
• Provide a pleasant experience from the moment customers walk in the store.
• Receive and route incoming phone calls; answer basic inquiries.
• Assist the sales team with customer documentation and uploading into the Auto Mas system; print, copy, and scan contracts as needed.
• Diplomatically handle customer complaints and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution.

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual English / Spanish required.
• Outstanding customer service skills; ability to handle customer requests to close a sale and escalate complaints.
• Computer and technical skills; comfortable completing deal actions in the Auto Mas system.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.

• Pay – $18.50 hourly.
