• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and account management
• Assist customers with product selections and provide product information
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite solutions and services for customers
• Monitor account activities and follow up on outstanding issues or requests

• Proven experience in customer service or account management roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize competing demands
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
