• Answer calls in a timely manner with proper greeting and a smile in your voice.
• Paging for staff members.
• Calling in Emergency Surgery Teams.
• Able to perform duties under stressful situations.
• Must work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience and computer skills required.
• Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish/Chinese).
• Must be able to work weekend, holidays, afternoon and evening shifts.

• Paid Sick Time – effective 90 days after employment.
• Paid Vacation Time – effective 90 days after employment.
• Health, vision & dental benefits – eligible at 30 days, following the 1st of the following month.
