Location:
Sales Office - Chicago, IL
Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): $88,430
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the bridge between our Sales and Support teams-ensuring customers have a seamless experience with KEYENCE software. You'll play a key role in onboarding, training, and supporting customers while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
* Become a subject matter expert in KEYENCE software products
* Onboard and train customers to maximize product utilization
* Maintain strong customer relationships and minimize churn
* Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
* Implement customer success programs and guide clients through them
* Provide post-sale support and resolve customer issues
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Programming experience in any language (required)
* Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to engage customers virtually via Teams, Zoom, or phone
* Highly organized and accountable

* Base Salary: $64,430
* Bonus Target: $24,000 annually (performance-based), paid quarterly
