Salary Information: $13.50 per hour
Job Summary:
Serve as the public’s initial contact with Trail Point Aquatics & Wellness. Communicates with members and the general public in a friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous manner. The position focuses on member service, membership retention, and promotion.

Essential Functions:
- Engage in meaningful conversations with members, students, staff, and faculty.
- Verify all members and participants are approved to use the facility.
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with a team, practicing strong communication and inclusivity.
- Connect with members through friendly interactions during check-in, inquiries, and exit.
- Become knowledgeable about Trail Point’s offerings, including hours, pricing, tours, and forms.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in person and on the phone.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional handling of member concerns and account issues.
- Positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Ability to complete First Aid, CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to learn current software applications.
Work Schedule:
Shifts of 3-4 hours, with schedules fixed for each semester.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday-Friday: 5:00 am – 9:00 pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
