- Deliver the BODYROK Service Promise; contribute to running a clean, friendly, and well-maintained studio, and adhere to the dress code and punctuality expectations.
- Assist members/guests in-person and via email as inquiries come in.
- Maintain a clean and orderly studio, including bathrooms, changing rooms, towels/laundry, and trash.
- Initiate tasks and perform duties without micromanagement.
- Monitor incoming emails and ensure proper check-in procedures are followed.
- Provide customer service and support to members and guests, and generate revenue by developing relationships to increase membership enrollment and package purchases.
- Member and Guest Check-in Compliance
- Greet all incoming members and guests
- Ensure all check-in procedures are followed
- Thank guests as they exit
- Sales
- Create new business through promotions, referrals, and inquiries
- Promote specials to current and potential guests
- Reach out to members via email for sales opportunities
- Reconcile and report all incoming and outgoing transitions
- Attain personal sales revenue targets
- Customer Service & Operations
- Tour potential members through the studio and connect guests to facilities, equipment, services, and amenities
- Handle member service issues including address changes, billing questions, and payment inquiries
- Update logs for supply requests and maintenance (as needed)
- Promote and sell merchandise
- Keep the front desk and entryway clean and orderly
- Perform general cleaning duties including hourly bathroom and studio checks
- Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded
- Provide the highest level of customer service when interacting with guests
- 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- 1–2 years Mind Body software experience preferred
- Open availability including OPEN/MID/CLOSING shifts
- Competitive drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of sales practices and techniques
- Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly, warm, welcoming personality
- Easy to talk to and comfortable around new people
- Available to work at least 2 weekend days per month
Compensation: $16.20 - $20.00 per hour. This is an hourly position with a base rate plus potential commissions based on sales.
