Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, answer calls and handle mail and messages with warmth and efficiency.
You will be the face of the hotel, delivering ridiculously personal experiences and coordinating with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Valet to ensure flawless service. A high school diploma and customer-facing experience are preferred; evenings, weekends and holidays required.
