Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in SaaS, marketing technology, or digital marketing environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.

Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
