This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and systems—someone who is comfortable at a computer, strong on the phone, and motivated to grow professionally in healthcare. We provide full training on dental terminology, software, and insurance, making this an excellent opportunity for driven individuals at any stage of their career.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a welcoming, professional first impression for patients
  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with confidence
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care efficiently
  • Review treatment plans and help patients understand insurance and financial expectations
  • Collect copays and payments at the time of service
  • Maintain accurate patient records using our dental software
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, assistants, and management to ensure a smooth patient experience

  • Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone
  • Comfort working on a computer throughout the day and navigating multiple systems
  • Confidence discussing financial information in a professional, patient-focused manner
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
