Patient Care & Front Office Coordinator | Full-Time | Lincoln Square | Brand-New, Modern Dental Office

We’re opening a newly constructed, modern dental office in Lincoln Square and are looking for a Patient Care & Front Office Coordinator to grow with us from the start.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a beautiful, thoughtfully designed practice where systems are organized, technology is current, and the patient experience truly matters. We’re looking for someone polished, confident, and organized—someone who enjoys being the hub of communication and keeping the day running smoothly.

Dental experience is not required. We provide training. A professional mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort working on a computer are key.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcoming patients into a brand-new, modern office environment
  • Managing calls and scheduling with confidence and efficiency
  • Reviewing treatment plans and helping patients understand insurance and costs
  • Collecting copays and payments clearly and professionally
  • Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation
  • Supporting the clinical team to ensure a smooth, well‑paced day
