Dental Hygienist

Overview

Andersonville Dentologie dental practice is seeking a kind and dedicated full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team!

As a full-time member of an incredible hygiene team, you can expect:

• Excellent compensation: $50-$57/hr.
  • $3,500 sign-on bonus*
  • Monthly bonus: earn up to an EXTRA $1,000 per month (additional $7/hr)!

Dentologie uses Dentrix Ascend as the DPMS, the latest model of iTero scanners, Piezo scalers, intraoral cameras, Dexis sensors, and Gemini Diode lasers. Each office location uses Nordent instruments with an on-site sharpening machine.

• Monday (2:30pm- 8:30pm)
• Tuesday (7:30am- 2:30pm)
• Wednesday (2:30pm- 8:30pm)
• Thursday (7:30am- 2:30pm)
• Friday (7:30am- 3:30pm)

• Provide patient care in all dental periodontal services in which you are licensed to perform.
• Assist dentist chairside during examinations.
• Provide a 10-star Patient experience.
• Contribute positively to an engaging company culture.
• Prepares instruments and materials for procedures for your patients.
• Make patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair.
• Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative procedures and provide oral health education.
• Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.
• Keep tx records such as charting existing restorations, perio and planned treatment.
• Follow infection control protocol by preparing instruments, equipment, and ops.

• Registered Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program.
• Active Registered Dental Hygiene license within the state of Illinois.
• Local Anesthesia certified.
