Who You Are

• You have 2-5 years of relevant experience, a degree in architecture, and have completed your ARE. Licensure is preferred but not required. Skilled in quantity take-offs, cost estimating, and CSI/Master Spec editing.
• You understand local codes and standards, including Chicago, NFPA, ANSI, and IBC, and can perform code reviews and evaluations.
• You are motivated, people-focused, friendly, and communicative. You work well independently and in teams.
• You are proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and familiar with Microsoft Project.

• Design and prepare drawings for structures in various markets, coordinating with interior design, site planning, and engineering teams.
• Manage projects, supervise junior staff, and ensure project efficiency.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to build strong relationships.
