Front End Developer- React

We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer to join a multidisciplinary design and engineering team focused on delivering innovative and accessible digital experiences.

This role involves building reusable components, contributing to a design system, and collaborating closely with design and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reusable and configurable components using React and Type Script.
• Contribute to the design system through components, documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric solutions.
• Apply best practices in software engineering, including Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Optimize front-end performance and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1).
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain source control using Git and follow collaborative workflows.

• 5–7 years of front-end UI development experience.
• Deep knowledge of React and CSS frameworks/processors.
• Experience with unit testing and TDD practices.
• Familiarity with Node.js, Webpack, and NPM libraries.
• Practical understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Experience with debugging tools and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills and attention to design detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional team environments.

• Experience working in a design system team.
• Familiarity with end-to-end testing and mobile device testing frameworks.
