Overview
Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative execution of marketing projects supporting Aerospace and Defense Solutions (ADS) division and broader Molex initiatives. Collaborate closely with marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver designs ensuring a consistent, impactful brand experience.
LocationOnsite at our office in Lisle, IL or Georgetown, TX.
Responsibilities- General management and oversight of assigned creative projects from conception to delivery for ADS division and broader Molex businesses.
- Design original pieces including layout, illustrations, infographics for collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, PowerPoint, website images, digital graphics, social media, flyers, roll‑up banners, booth backdrops.
- Collaborate with creative brand manager to maintain internal and external design resources for varied marketing pods.
- Maintain flexibility to pivot priorities for urgent projects.
- Liaise with pod teams and employees across marketing and beyond to meet deadlines.
- Environmental branding projects: collaborate with local facility leads, review proposals, design pieces for facilities worldwide.
- Maintain Molex brand: review submissions, create/update guidelines, maintain image library.
- 5+ years design experience and project management.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Branding and creative development across corporate or agency environments.
- Experience with project management and workflow tools.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willing to work non‑traditional hours across time zones.
- Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense or electronics industry.
- Experience with sprint planning in agile marketing.
- Experience in global organizations.
- Experience using Wrike or similar Project Management tools.
- 3D modeling and rendering capabilities.
Pay range $80,000 - $110,000 per year. Eligible for variable pay as a bonus or other form.
