Production Assistant

This is a contractor-based position that offers flexibility while requiring precision and consistency. You’ll work from our studio in Bridgeport and help produce our signature cement vessels, candles, body oils, and body teas. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, hands‑on, and enjoys working independently.

Must be able to lift boxes and materials up to 40 lbs

Must be comfortable working with hot wax and fragrance oils

Must not have fragrance sensitivities or allergies that may interfere with production

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Must be able to follow instructions and formulas precisely

Must be organized and reliable

Must be 18 or older and eligible to work as a 1099 contractor

Creating cement vessels for candles

Mixing wax and fragrance oils based on exact measurements

Pouring wax to complete candles

Packaging and shipping orders

Making body oils and body teas

Organizing and maintaining the studio

Tracking and ordering inventory

1 required admin day per week (2 hours of studio maintenance+ inventory work, paid flat fee)

This is a production-based role -- your earnings scale with how much you complete. You are paid per item produced, offering you the freedom to control how and when you work.

You choose your schedule: work overnight, one full day, or break it up however you like—as long as product deadlines are met

Quiet, creative-friendly studio environment (you can bring a laptop to work on school or side projects between pours)

Reliable and organized

Able to follow measurements and instructions carefully

Comfortable working independently

Available to work from the Bridgeport studio regularly

Open to flexible hours and goal‑based production

Communicative and responsive about deadlines and studio updates
