Project Assistant, Siteworks (Landscape Construction Management) - Chicago

Responsibilities- Assist project managers with conducting material and vendor research
- Perform AutoCAD drawing edits
- Plant material procurement and tagging
- Contractor correspondence and project coordination
- Project scope takeoffs
- An excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
- Ideally 5 years of landscape construction or project management experience, but open to recent college graduates with experience
- An individual with a great teamwork attitude and excited to work in a collaborative environment
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and task management skills, including the ability to change tasks quickly
- Excellent attitude and ability to work well within a team

- Work Environment:
Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30 with an hour for lunch/breaks - Benefits:
Health benefits, paid time off, 401(k), to/from office commute paid, or parking provided - Salary:
Range is $62,; the offer will be based on experience
The Role
- Lifting, carrying and moving up to 20 lbs. or more of plant and landscape-related materials; occasional larger items during layouts
- Mobility: frequent outdoor site visits; walking, kneeling, standing for extended periods
- Working conditions:
ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions across the USA - Protective Gear: wear protective clothing and hard-toed boots as required
