• Lead concept development and visual direction for campaigns and creative projects.
• Communicate ideas clearly to cross-functional partners and guide junior creatives.
• Translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
• Oversee creative assets across digital, social, and multimedia platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to concept, design, and deliver polished creative assets.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and conceptual work.

Bachelors degree and required work experience is required for this position.
