The Web Implementation Specialist builds, configures, and reviews Word Press websites for foreUP customers. This role organizes and implements customer-provided content and assets while using Word Press, HTML, CSS, and technical troubleshooting skills to create responsive, accessible, and search-friendly websites. The specialist also completes pre-launch quality assurance, resolves website issues, applies SEO and WCAG best practices, documents findings, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality websites on schedule.

• Build and update responsive Word Press websites using approved designs, templates, customer content, and brand standards.
• Create and configure pages, navigation, forms, themes, plugins, and reusable components using Word Press and HTML/CSS as needed.
• Migrate and organize website content while improving formatting, usability, accessibility, and basic SEO/GEO elements.
• Identify and correct common ADA/WCAG accessibility issues using approved tools and established processes.
• Troubleshoot common website issues and support routine hosting, staging, backups, SSL, caching, and deployment tasks.
• Support analytics and approved integrations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Fully Remote in United States of America: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights in United States of America and do not require sponsorship.

• Two or more years of hands-on Word Press experience and a portfolio demonstrating completed website projects.
• Strong knowledge of Word Press themes, page builders, plugins, forms, and standard site settings.
• Practical knowledge of WCAG accessibility and foundational SEO/GEO best practices.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and time-management skills.
• Degree in web development, information technology, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
