You'll be responsible for creating and reviewing technical drawings while making sure your team delivers accurate, high-quality work for residential and commercial projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands architectural drafting, knows U.S. construction standards, and can turn design concepts into clear plans ready for implementation.

What You'll Do

  • Create and review architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Lead and support a small team of Drafters.
  • Check drawings for accuracy, quality, and consistency before submission.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and construction teams.
  • Support space planning for residential and commercial projects.
  • Ensure drawings meet U.S. drafting standards and project requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects and make sure deadlines are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and feedback to improve the team's work.

  • Ability to produce and review detailed technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional portfolio showing your previous residential and commercial drafting projects.

Why Join This Role?

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of important projects, lead a team of skilled professionals, and contribute to residential and commercial designs.

Your technical expertise and leadership will help ensure every drawing is accurate, every project stays on track, and every design is ready for the next step.
