Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Primary Care Physician role located in Chicago, IL at I-Squared Medical Group. The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for providing primary care services, urgent care when needed, and focusing on holistic and integrative approaches to health care.

• Provide primary care services and urgent care when needed
• Employ holistic and integrative approaches to patient health care
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and wellness goals

• Primary Care and Functional Medicine skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and with diverse patient populations
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Experience in integrative or functional medicine is a plus
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
