The Department of Diagnostic Radiology & Nuclear Medicine at Rush University Medical Center is seeking an Abdominal Imaging radiologist at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor to join our well-established department in Chicago, IL. Join a collegial group of 28 sub-specialized radiologists serving Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Rush Oak Park Hospital in Oak Park, and numerous outpatient facilities in the Chicagoland area.
Clinical duties include interpreting body MRI, CT, and ultrasound examinations and consulting with referring physicians. The selected candidate will work closely with radiology residents, body imaging fellows, and medical students from Rush Medical College. In addition, the candidate will collaborate professionally and academically with professionals from surgery, oncology, hepatology, gastroenterology, urology, radiation oncology, and organ transplant services. There are also opportunities to participate in administration, research, hospital committees, and quality initiatives.
Equipment includes 10 clinical MRI magnets, 3T research magnet, 12 CT scanners (including dual-energy CT systems), and a state-of-art photon-counting CT.
