Primary Care Physician Needed in Illinois

Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an outpatient advanced primary care clinic. Offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or IM Meds/Peds Physician Needed
• Manage only 10-12 patients per day
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Monday – Friday regular work hours
• No call
• Fewer administrative tasks – time to chart throughout the day
• Highly competitive base salary (mid–upper $200s, negotiable based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus
• Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3+ years)
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
