Volume: 18-20 PPD?

Group/support: 1 dedicated MA per MD, office staff, 2 PEDs, 1 FP-OB, part-time APP?
Credentialing: 30-45 days?
Require: BC/BE, Active IL License or IMLC Compact License Benefits: ?1099 Contract?
Malpractice Insurance Coverage?
