Internal Medicine Physician

About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care Monday through Friday, with occasional, as-needed weekend visits. This position does not include formal inpatient responsibilities. You will maintain a small, manageable patient panel and offer 24/7 accessibility for urgent patient needs, except when on vacation or covered by a colleague.

We are looking for physicians who are eager to engage in all facets of patient care - from fitness testing and EKG acquisition to spirometry and phlebotomy - ensuring a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Concierge Medicine Component:

This unique role incorporates the principles and responsibilities of concierge medicine, offering personalized, attentive care and fostering close patient-physician relationships. Candidates should be comfortable and enthusiastic about embracing this model, which emphasizes accessibility, continuity, and individualized care.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Clinical competency in primary care and internal medicine practice

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong analytical abilities

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills

• Commitment to creating a safe, effective, and collaborative work environment

• Active or eligible for Illinois medical license
