New Job Details FM Primary Care
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: Starting ASAP ongoing for 3-6 months
Schedule: Monday Friday (Open to 3-5 days per week)
Shift times: 8a-5p
Call requirements: N/A
Scope of practice: Primary care clinic coverage most pressing need is for all ages (Must be FM). Strong preference for candidates that can perform women's health procedures such as IUD, Nexplanon insertions/removals
Volume: 16-20 patients per day
Staffing mix: 1 dedicated MA per MD, office staff, 2 PEDs, 1 FP-OB, part-time APP assistance
Facility: Clinic
Requirements (boards, license): BC/BE with an active IL license, Clean NPDB for emergency privileges. Strongly prefers drive-in candidates local to the area
