Our Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Pulmonology , is committed to providing comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents with pulmonary disorders. With state-of-the-art facilities, including a bronchoscopy service and a pediatric pulmonary function lab, we are at the forefront of pediatric respiratory care.
YourRole and Responsibilities
As a Pediatric Pulmonology Physician, you will:
- Provide direct patient care for complex respiratory conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Supervise and mentor medical students and residents in pulmonary medicine.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional patient care and advancing clinical medicine.
- Engage in substantial research opportunities and collaborations across multiple service lines.
- Be eligible for a faculty appointment at Rush Medical College, commensurate with your experience and accomplishments.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required.
- Eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Illinois.
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Pulmonology fellowship program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Pulmonology.
- Willingness to travel between clinical locations to serve our growing patient population.
