As a Pediatrician, you will provide a full spectrum of services, including:

• Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Conduct health histories and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose, treat, and coordinate care for patients.
  • Maintain electronic health records (EHR) and meet documentation standards.
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with Illinois statutes.
  • Manage EHR In-Basket and respond to messages promptly.

  • Provide culturally competent care and involve families in the care process.
  • Encourage patients to voice their questions and concerns.
  • Conduct patient education activities and ensure understanding of medical conditions.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• MD or DO with board certification in a primary care specialty.
• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient primary care.
• Current licensure in Illinois and DEA certification.
• Proficiency in electronic health records; EPIC knowledge is a plus.

You will work in a clinical health center environment, where you can expect:

• To utilize various office equipment, including computers and phones.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• Guaranteed annual base salary with productivity and quality bonuses.
• A generous sign-on bonus of $30,000 and relocation assistance of $10,000.
