• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations specializing in Adult or Adolescent/Child general psychiatry
• Assess, diagnose, and devise personalized treatment strategies
• Prescribe and manage medication regimes
• Evaluate treatment progress

• Completion of a psychiatric residency in an ACGME approved residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Dedication to staying well-informed of psychiatric advances
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Strong communication and empathy

• Competitive Salary: $300K+ first year base compensation (commensurate to years of experience - post residency and any other specialized trainings, such as Child/Adolescent psychiatry)
• Additional Earning Potential - PA Leadership:
  Supplement your income and become an industry leader by providing (optional) supervision to Physician Assistants (PAs). Earn a generous stipend leading as few as 1 PA to no more than 7 PAs with the opportunity to earn up to 50%+ of your base compensation
• Additional Earning Potential - Prescriber Bonuses:
  Earn (quarterly) caseload and holistic care bonuses
