Location:
1 hr 30 min South Chicago / 90 miles south
Duration:
Immediately and ongoing to - June 30 (potential to extend)
Schedule:
8a-8a, 24 hr shifts
Shift: 24 hrs. Flexible in terms of shifts per month/ scheduling based on your availability
Patient volume: 350/month in ED & 375/month in prompt care (urgent care)
Scope:
Routine ED , we are not a trauma level so we stabilize and transfer out. We also have Prompt Care (urgent care) that is adjacent to the ED and covered by the ED staff & physicians.
EMR: athena
Hospital: 60 bed, short term acute care hospital
Group/support: nurses & unit secretaries
Requirements (boards, license): must be board eligible, board certified preferred, IL license, IL CSR & DEA, ACLS & PALS, ATLS preferred
