Chief Anesthesiologist

Sinai Chicago offers an exciting opportunity for a Chief Anesthesiologist to practice at Ogden Commons. Providers will work in a supportive and collaborative team environment featuring specialized facilities, including an ambulatory surgical center for outpatient procedures. This role allows clinicians to deliver comprehensive care while helping lead departmental coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Compensation

• Salary: $460k
• Sign-on Incentive: $50k

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Current medical licensure
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
