You’ll help our clients create their future business and technology strategy, attract, retain and graduate students, decrease operating expenses and increase revenue, optimize research operations and improve employee satisfaction, financial management, operational and organizational effectiveness, research administration, and regulatory compliance.

Our capable Sr. Associates/Associates then lead project work streams utilizing Huron tools and methodologies—as well as innovative analytics and technologies--to implement complex, comprehensive solutions. Skilled relationship builders, our Sr. Associates/Associates collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Everyone works in symphony to achieve a common objective: create and implement viable solutions.

• U.S. work authorization is required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in research administration, clinical research, healthcare, or compliance, and/or experience in the consulting field
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%. Huron has a Targeted Travel model focused on meeting the expectations of our clients and prioritizing a nimbler and more inclusive environment for our employees.
