Licensed Illinois Oral Surgeon to join private practice as associate on Endeavor Swedish hospital campus. We are members of medical staff receiving referrals from ED: extractions, trauma, etc. and need OS to treat. 2-3 days/month available to start. Percentage of collections as compensation. Will provide staff, scheduling, etc.
