Account Manager - Chicago at Zen Educate

Compensation: $60,000 - $66,000 a year (OTE)
Location: Chicago, Hybrid
Type: Full-Time
You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of U.S. school partnerships, generate teachers and paraprofessional roles, upsell products, report key trends, and act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.
Coordinate daily with onboarding and active educators, ensure satisfaction, coach when necessary, and maintain a high-volume, high-velocity workflow that balances strategy and urgency.
