Account Manager - Chicago at Zen Educate

Join our mission to revolutionise education recruitment. Zen Educate is a tech company that connects schools with temporary educator staff, helping schools reduce costs while empowering educators.

Compensation: $60,000 - $66,000 a year (OTE)

Location: Chicago, Hybrid
Type: Full-Time

About the Role

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of U.S. school partnerships, generate teachers and paraprofessional roles, upsell products, report key trends, and act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of U.S. school partnerships.
  • Generate increasing numbers of roles for each district and charter school.
  • Upsell Zen products and services.
  • Report on key trends and feedback, working with Product to implement changes.
  • Serve as responsive, central point of contact for all partnership stakeholders.
  • Educator Engagement

    Coordinate daily with onboarding and active educators, ensure satisfaction, coach when necessary, and maintain a high-volume, high-velocity workflow that balances strategy and urgency.

  • Communicate daily with newly onboarded educators to place them quickly.
  • Engage with active educators to gather feedback and address issues.
  • Coach educators and complete company training.
