AB Staffing is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025/2026 School Year.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work;
Master’s degree is a plus. - Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Certification
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate initiative
- Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods, see and read printed or digital material, hear and understand speech, and perform occasional lifting up to 40 pounds
Job Description:
Caseload and classroom details vary based on school location. Recruitment specialists will discuss specifics upon application to match your experience and skills. The contract runs through the school year, averaging 35 to 40 hours per week, following the academic district calendar.
Job Duties:
- Participate in educational teams to support behavioral interventions for students with challenging behaviors
- Support functional behavior assessments and lead the development and implementation of applied behavior analysis principles in the classroom
- Coordinate school and home support for comprehensive student programs
- Develop instructional materials, accommodations, modifications, assessments, and data collection tools
- Collect and analyze behavior data to monitor student progress
- Contribute to a team-oriented educational environment
- Facilitate and coach teams on functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, and crisis management
- Provide social skills instruction using research-based methodologies and district curricula
- Participate in professional development and team meetings
Salary:
$1,925.00 – $2,100.00/week, with different pay packages based on individual needs
