Learning Experience Facilitator

Our client is seeking an engaging Learning Experience Facilitator with experience in adult learning, hospitality, and virtual facilitation to support high-quality onboarding and leadership development programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a virtual environment, brings a hospitality mindset, and is comfortable managing both facilitation and LMS administration.

$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• Facilitate virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) sessions for onboarding and leadership programs.
• Complete an 8‑week certification to support program facilitation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for learners during virtual sessions.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to deliver accurate, engaging learning experiences.
• Manage learning sessions in the LMS, including scheduling, tracking completions, and credit assignment.
• Draft and manage learner communications (pre‑work, reminders, follow‑ups).
• Review survey feedback and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Experience facilitating virtual training for adult learners.
• Background in learning & development, onboarding, training delivery, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Forms).
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

• Hospitality experience.
• Experience supporting learning programs in a franchise or multi‑location environment.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and hospitality systems.
