Enrollment & Program Director

The Enrollment & Program Director is responsible for driving student enrollment and managing the daily operations of the iCode School campus. This role blends sales, outreach, educational leadership, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can inspire families to enroll and ensure students have a world‑class experience at iCode.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and staff.

Recruit, hire, and train high‑quality instructional and support staff.

Schedule staff and classes efficiently based on student needs and resources.

Maintain a fun, clean, and “tour‑ready” learning environment.

Manage operational procedures including expense control, inventory, and payroll.

Oversee accurate record‑keeping in CRM and student systems.

Establish after‑school partnerships with local schools and businesses.

Represent iCode at local events, school expos, and community meetings.

Promote scholarship opportunities and ensure equity in program access.

Proven ability to drive program growth and close sales.

Outgoing and persuasive communicator comfortable with both parents and school leaders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Grace under fire — keeps cool in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
