• Support and mentor teachers through training and ongoing coaching
• Help maintain beautiful, organized, and inviting learning environments
• Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Partner with leadership on enrollment, family engagement, and school growth
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Contribute ideas that help elevate quality and continuously improve our school

• CDA, Bachelor’s degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a licensed early childhood program (ages 6 weeks–55 years)
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• A collaborative, proactive leader who is passionate about early learning and community building
