Your Responsibilities:
As an Esthetics Instructor, you will instruct and mentor students in essential esthetics techniques such as skincare, makeup application, and various beauty treatments. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver educational lectures and hands-on demonstrations in esthetics

Requirements and

Qualifications:

• Must hold an Illinois State Educator License for Beauty Culture
• Prior experience in the esthetics field is preferred
• Teaching or instructional experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A dedicated passion for mentoring and educating future beauty professionals
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
