Temporary Training Coordinator

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Temporary Training Coordinator
. In this role, you will support training sessions, assist participants during hands‑on activities, and help ensure smooth, well‑organized instructional programs.

• Support trainers during large‑group sessions and lead assigned breakout activities
• Assist participants with questions, hands‑on tasks, and online training programs
• Help prepare training materials and set up rooms prior to each session
• Rotate between training rooms as needed and maintain clear communication with the training team
• Track attendance, follow scheduling expectations, and uphold training standards throughout each day
• Ensure equipment and materials are accounted for at the start and end of each shift

• Experience in training, facilitation, education, customer service, or working with large groups
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to follow structured guidelines and support smooth coordination across multiple rooms
• Dependability and punctuality, with comfort working in fast‑paced training environments
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

This role requires flexibility. Training sessions run seven days a week, and shifts may vary, including morning, daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Compensation: $17 /hr
