- Work in collaboration with the Chair for Programs in Applied Behavior Analysis to conduct admissions, schedule courses, register courses, and maintain student files and databases using electronic systems (Locus, Doc Finity, GSPS, BI, Slate). Support the Program Chair in daily operations such as coordinating meetings, maintaining program documents, student communications, orientations, recruiting events, and information sessions. Provide initial and ongoing advising for prospective and admitted students.
- Support marketing, social media, and webpage design/maintenance for the Program. Assist with data collection, aggregation, report development, and dissemination for licensure and accreditation reports.
- Maintain and update the Applied Behavior Analysis Program Handbooks and collaborate with Program Faculty to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the Program’s social media presence, website content, and digital marketing materials in partnership with Graduate Program, Enrollment, and Marketing teams.
- Serve as primary contact for field‑based placements and capstone experiences, developing and assigning student placements and maintaining a master list of placements that meet program and accreditation standards.
- Help the Chair of Programs and the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives identify, develop, and maintain a master list of MOUs and agreements for the Applied Behavior Analysis programs and SOE.
- Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least two to three years of related experience. Master’s degree and additional experience may be required. - Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and occasional evening/weekend work to support programs and events.
- Experience working effectively as part of a team.
- Computer skills: proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat Reader, project management software, and creative use of technology to create efficient workflows.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
- No requirement to operate university‑owned vehicles or direct animal/patient contact.
