Clipboard Education works directly with partner schools to connect exceptional education professionals including substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and early education aides for both shift-based and long-term assignments. We are actively seeking substitute teachers for assignments across elementary through high school levels (grades K-12). We offer both shift-based opportunities (daily/short-term coverage) and long-term substitute positions (extended assignments lasting weeks to months). Our partner schools prioritize instructors who excel at developing dynamic, inclusive classrooms that support students with varying learning styles.

• Shift-based positions:
  Day-to-day teaching assignments with flexible scheduling
• Long-term positions:
  Extended teaching assignments ranging from several weeks to full semester coverage

• Support instruction across multiple subject areas and age groups
• Assist with lesson plan implementation and educational activities
• Monitor and support student academic and behavioral progress
• Maintain open communication with families and teaching staff regarding student needs
• Work collaboratively within teaching teams and school communities
• Provide specialized support for students with varying needs (including ADHD, behavioral considerations, etc.)
• Assist with classroom management and student supervision as needed

• Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings (we prioritize practical experience over formal credentials)
• Background supporting students with varied learning differences is strongly preferred
