Under general direction, instructs children in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for primary school in preschool.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Minimum Education

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Bachelors Preferred.

Minimum Experience

Qualifications:

2 years full-time teaching experience with children ages 3-5.

Qualifications Certificates/Credentials/Licenses

Must have a minimum of an AA in early childhood education or equivalent, four year degree preferred. DCFS Early Childhood Teacher qualified.

Computer Skills

Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office.
