The University of Illinois Chicago College of Business Administration seeks non‑tenure system faculty for full‑time Lecturer and Teaching Professor positions across assistant, associate, or full levels. Candidates will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in financial accounting, managerial accounting, accounting information systems, auditing, taxation, and data analytics, with a particular need for expertise in business law and ethics. Faculty will also provide service to the department, business school, university, and accounting profession.
Duties & Responsibilities- Teach courses to undergraduate and/or graduate students in their field of expertise.
- Provide service to their department, college, and/or campus.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
- Master’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Evidence of teaching capability.
- Demonstrated efforts in department service and in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through teaching.
- CPA license (preferred but not required).
