Project Manager, Founding Principles: Enhancing K-12 American History and Civics Education

Located in Chicago, Roosevelt University (RU), a Minority-Serving Institution, prepares students to be socially conscious leaders. The Project Manager will lead execution of a three-year Department of Education grant for the American History and Civics (AHC-Seminars) program, "Founding Principles:
Enhancing K-12 American History and Civics Education," serving 180 K-12 teachers over three years with professional development seminars.

The Project Manager oversees implementation, management, and reporting for the grant, directing operations, supervising activities, monitoring outcomes per federal regulations, and managing the budget with the Principal Investigator, Dr. Zarko Minkov. The role ensures compliance with policies, communication with partners, LEAs, evaluators, and the Department of Education, and progress toward objectives.

The salary for this full-time, grant funded position is $59,000.
