Local Coordinator-High School Cultural Exchange

Greenheart Exchange is expanding and seeking dedicated, community-minded individuals to serve as Local Coordinators across the states listed above. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor position offering flexibility, purpose, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact locally. Must live in one of the states listed above. Daily work is remote by requires some travel to meet with students locally.

Local Coordinators play a vital role in supporting international high school students, volunteer host families, and partner schools throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with placement of international students in local high schools
• Conducting home visits and regular student check-ins
• Serving as a mentor and local point of contact
• Supporting cultural exchange and student well-being
• Communicating with schools and community partners
• Ensuring compliance with U.S. Department of State regulations
• Flexible schedule you manage independently
• Work from home with local travel within your area
