Your RoleAs an individual contributor, you will provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of professional learning experiences. You will shape how learning is designed, facilitated, and continuously improved by leading through expertise, collaboration, and influence.
What You’ll Do- Lead the design, facilitation, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of professional learning offerings, ensuring instructional quality, coherence, and impact.
- Partner with clients (schools and educational organizations) to plan and deliver professional learning aligned to system goals, using a consultative approach grounded in research and data.
- Own professional learning engagements from proposal through delivery, coordinating timelines, content, and collaborators.
- Collaborate across Product, Implementation, Sales Enablement, and Client Experience teams to align learning design, delivery, and messaging.
- Design and facilitate complex or nuanced professional learning sessions for diverse audiences.
- Use feedback, outcomes, and implementation data to drive improvement across content and facilitation practices.
- Establish shared facilitation and instructional design norms that support consistency and scalability.
- Communicate insights and recommendations that inform future learning strategy and program evolution.
- You lead through expertise and influence, not authority.
- You are comfortable owning complex work independently and collaborating across teams.
- You thrive in virtual and in‑person client‑facing environments and adapt well to changing contexts.
- You think systemically about learning, facilitation, and long‑term impact.
- You value instructional quality, equity, and meaningful professional learning.
- 8+ years of experience in education, professional learning, instructional leadership, or a related field.
- International Baccalaureate experience, either through teaching or as a coordinator.
- Proven ability to work, plan, and execute professional learning engagements independently as well as collaboratively.
- Demonstrated success working with mid‑to‑large‑sized districts or school networks.
- Strong grounding in adult learning theory, instructional design, and facilitation best practices.
- Experience collaborating cross‑functionally.
- Ability to analyze feedback and impact data to inform strategic decisions.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple global time zones, supporting international teams and clients outside U.S. business hours when needed.
- U.S. driver’s license and passport.
- Ability to travel frequently (approximately 40‑50% of the year), with travel varying by season and client needs.
- You’ll lead through influence and shape learning strategy and quality.
- You’ll stay close to the work in a hands‑on, client‑facing role with visible impact.
- You’ll support complex systems, products, and learning engagements at scale.
- You’ll collaborate broadly across teams to align learning with organizational priorities.
- You’ll continue to grow, strengthening facilitation, strategy, and systems thinking.
- Annual salary range $65,000 to $70,000 (plus eligibility for bonuses based on OKR targets).
