*** We are seeking a Trainer/Facilitator to join our Oak Park, Franklin, or Little Village, IL branch team!

* Position Summary:

** Assist in the development and execution of training initiatives for all credit union operations and branch staff, conduct training in the areas of member service, products and services, compliance, new hire branch operations, new account opening, advanced account opening, and procedures. Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, communicating, monitoring, and handling of logistics for training.
** WHAT You’ll Do****:
**** Training:
*** Plan, organize and facilitate training activities in person and remotely via online platforms.
* Serve as a primary training instructor for credit union training initiatives including new hire branch operations, new account opening and other training classes
* Participate in developing and maintaining training slide decks, quick reference guides, training materials and
* Assist the Training team with the following:  + Coordination and scheduling of training for branch staff including assigning and scheduling training sessions using the organization’s  + Maintenance of training records for employees using the organization’s  + Assess the effectiveness of training techniques, evaluate training impact, and identify training process  + Participate in the implementation of new training delivery systems when
** Other:
*** Ensure all mandatory assigned training and annual BSA, OFAC, and Identity Theft training requirements are met.
* Participate in the training and integration of new products/procedures as needed.
* Enhance internal staff communication through maintenance of internal newsletter, blog, intranet postings, etc.
* Provide Helpline support to employees via email or phone.
* Regularly monitor and provide timely responses to training inquiries and other requests.
* Stay abreast of new trends and tools in the training as well as the Credit Union industries.
* Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary.
** WHAT You’ll Need****:
*** High School diploma with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a retail financial institution or an equivalent combination of retail financial institution, training/teaching experience and/or Bachelor’s degree in business, education, instructional design or related field
* English and Spanish bi-lingual fluency is a nice to have
* Experience in nonprofit, and/or financial services industry
* Proven skills in instructional design, training, facilitation and webinar
* Comfort in delivering both in person and on-line
* Ability to deliver effective and engaging
* Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher, Teams and Outlook).
* Knowledge of LMS software (Cornerstone or equivalent)

* Knowledgeable of credit union/ banking terminology and acronyms commonly utilized in the day-to-day communication of staff, policymakers and others involved in the industry preferred.
