The Chicago Waldorf School is seeking an Aftercare Lead Teacher for grades 1-5 starting 2026/27. The role supports outdoor play, snack preparation, and smooth transitions from school day to aftercare in a collaborative, restorative environment.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with elementary-aged children, can supervise outdoors in all weather, and will work with the Aftercare Supervisor to ensure a safe, enriching afternoon of play, rest, and crafts.
