About Decision Point

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to reaching the next generation with the gospel by equipping, sending, and coaching students to share Christ on their school campuses and online. We partner with churches to build student leaders and expand gospel-centered ministry across the nation.

Position Summary

Campus Ministry Field Staff equip students to share Christ, build partnerships with local churches, recruit and develop volunteers, and strengthen campus ministry efforts throughout their region. During the ministry year (September–May), you'll spend 50–75% of your time in the field coaching students, visiting schools, and connecting with pastors and community leaders.

Responsibilities

Coach and disciple student leaders for campus outreach.

Share the gospel and equip others to evangelize.

Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers and leaders.

Build partnerships with churches and community leaders.

Supervise volunteers and part-time staff while supporting regional ministry growth.

Travel regularly within your region and occasionally nationwide.

Qualifications

Passion for evangelism and student ministry.

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Organized, self-motivated, and able to lead and develop others.

Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Willing to work full-time (45+ hours/week) and travel frequently.

Compensation

Salary: $40,000–$75,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.

Staff members raise financial and prayer support with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching provided by Decision Point.
