Campus Ministry Field Staff Decision Point

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation by equipping, sending, and reaching students on their school campuses and online. Join us as we work to expand the mission and help every student hear the gospel.

As a Campus Ministry Field Staff, you'll help build gospel movements in middle and high schools by developing student leaders, partnering with churches, and equipping volunteers to reach their communities for Christ.

• Share the gospel and disciple students.
• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers and student leaders.
• Build partnerships with local churches and community leaders.
• Coach and develop ministry teams.
• Oversee volunteers and part-time staff.
• Travel regularly to schools, churches, and ministry events.

We are hiring in:

• Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Salary: $40,000-$75,000 annually (based on location, experience, and qualifications).
• This is a full-time, salaried position.

As part of Decision Point's missionary model, all staff raise financial and prayer support before beginning ministry. Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching are provided throughout the support-raising process.
